Every year the La Verne Police Officers' Association donates money and time to benefit numerous charities, groups and organizations in La Verne and throughout Los Angeles County.

Serving our Community
House of Ruth’s mission is two-fold: (1) To advocate for and assist women and children victimized by domestic violence and children exposed to violence in transforming their lives by providing culturally competent shelter, programs, opportunities, and education; and (2) To contribute to social change through intervention, education, prevention programs and community awareness.
The primary purpose of the Police Unity Tour is to raise awareness of Law Enforcement Officers who have died in the line of duty. The secondary purpose is to raise funds for the National Law Enforcement Officer’s Memorial and Museum.
"The California Peace Officers' Memorial Foundation is a non-profit charitable foundation whose mission is to recognize and honor California's peace officers who gave their lives "In The Line of Duty" serving the citizens of this great state, and provide support to the family members left behind."
"Miracles for Kids is a non-profit organization based in Orange County, California. Their mission is to improve the lives of children with cancer and other life-threatening illnesses.This mission is carried out with the following programs:
- The Grant Program
- Fund-a-Family Program
- Basket of Miracles Program"
Project Sister Family Services is the foremost agency dedicated to providing services to the women, children, and men survivors of sexual assault and abuse and their families in the East San Gabriel and Inland Valleys in Southern California, a region with a population of over 2.3 million persons. Project Sister Family Services works with local law enforcement, district attorneys, courts, hospital and health care providers, schools, churches and other community groups and agencies.
"The mission of the National Law Enforcement Officers Memorial Fund is to generate increased public support for the law enforcement profession by permanently recording and appropriately commemorating the service and sacrifice of law enforcement officers; and to provide information that will help promote law enforcement safety."
"The National 9-99 Police and Sheriff Foundation raises funds for injured or fallen officers and their families, invests in K9 safety and training, and provides counseling and mental health resources to all officers in need."
